Valere Evolve Privacy Policy
Introduction Valere Evolve’s mission is to accelerate companies into AI-first organizations through learning, building, and scaling. We unify workforce education, custom development, knowledge capture, and autonomous execution into one connected system, because AI-first is a team sport.
Central to this mission is our commitment to being transparent about the data we collect, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. This Privacy Policy applies to any Member, Visitor, or Enterprise Organization utilizing our Services.
Our registered users (“Members”) engage in continuous learning, collaborate on custom AI development, contribute to organizational knowledge capture, and deploy autonomous agents. Because our platform serves enterprise teams, data is often managed in partnership with your employer or organization.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Data You Provide To Us
- Registration & Profile: To create an account, you must provide data including your name, email address, role, and a password. You may also provide profile information regarding your current technical skills and AI proficiency.
- Knowledge Capture & Custom Development: We collect data, files, code, and documentation that you upload, post, or integrate into our platform to facilitate custom AI development and organizational knowledge capture.
- Workforce Education: We collect data when you interact with our learning modules, complete assessments, or submit projects as part of your AI training journey.
1.2 Data From Your Organization & Others
- Employer Provided Data: Because AI-first is a team sport, your organization may provide us with your personal data (such as your corporate email, department, and role) to provision your account, enroll you in workforce education, or assign you to specific AI development projects.
- Integrations: We receive data when your organization connects third-party tools (e.g., code repositories, project management software, internal wikis) to Valere Evolve to power autonomous execution and knowledge capture.
1.3 Service Use
- Platform & AI Interaction: We log usage data when you visit or use our Services. This includes your interactions with our learning pathways, prompts submitted to our AI tools, and the performance logs of your deployed autonomous agents.
- Device & Cookie Data: We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you and your devices. We receive information about your network, operating system, and web browser to ensure platform stability and security.
2. How We Use Your Data
2.1 Workforce Education & Personalization
Learning Pathways: We use your data to track your educational progress, suggest relevant AI courses, and personalize your learning journey to help you and your organization scale AI capabilities.
2.2 Building & Knowledge Capture
- Custom AI Development: Data uploaded for knowledge capture is used exclusively to build, train, and refine custom AI models and autonomous systems for your specific organization.
- Data Isolation: We respect the confidentiality of your enterprise. Your organization’s proprietary knowledge capture and custom development data are siloed and are never used to train Valere Evolve’s foundational models for other customers without explicit consent.
2.3 Autonomous Execution
Agent Deployment: We use the rules, prompts, and workflows you establish to power autonomous agents that execute tasks on behalf of your team. We log these executions for performance monitoring, debugging, and auditing.
2.4 Communications & Support
- Platform Notices: We will contact you regarding Service availability, project updates, educational milestones, and security notices.
- Customer Support: We use data (including error logs and communications) to investigate, respond to, and resolve complaints or Service issues.
3. How We Share Information
3.1 Within Your Organization
- Enterprise Visibility: Because our platform is a unified team system, your employer or organization’s administrators have visibility into your use of the Services. This includes your learning progress, contributions to custom development projects, and the knowledge capture data you upload.
- Team Collaboration: Certain data, such as your profile, project contributions, and shared AI workflows, will be visible to other Members within your organizational workspace to facilitate team-based building.
3.2 Service Providers & AI Partners
- Subprocessors: We use trusted third parties to help provide our Services (e.g., cloud hosting, database management, and foundational Large Language Model (LLM) API providers). These partners access your information only as necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are bound by strict data processing agreements to ensure your corporate data is not retained or used for their own model training.
- Legal Disclosures: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to investigate illegal activities, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of Valere Evolve, our Members, and our Enterprise partners.
4. Your Choices & Obligations
4.1 Enterprise vs. Individual Control
Workspace Data: For accounts provisioned by an employer, the organization is the ultimate controller of the data uploaded for custom development, knowledge capture, and autonomous execution. Requests to delete or modify this enterprise data must typically be routed through your organization’s administrators.
4.2 Rights to Access and Control
- Personal Profile Data: You can edit your personal profile data through your account settings.
- Education Data: You can view your learning progress and request copies of your personal educational achievements.
- Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal account data; however, contributions made to organizational AI projects or knowledge bases may be retained by your employer.
4.3 Account Closure
Timeline: If you or your organization closes your account, your personal data will generally stop being visible on our Services within 24 hours. We delete closed account information within 30 days, except where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or fulfill enterprise data retention agreements.
5. Other Important Information
5.1 Security & AI Safety
Enterprise-Grade Safeguards: Given the sensitive nature of corporate knowledge capture and autonomous execution, we implement robust, industry-standard security safeguards (e.g., encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control). We regularly monitor our systems for vulnerabilities, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
5.2 Cross-Border Data Transfers
Global Processing: We process data globally to support international organizations. We rely on legally provided mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to lawfully transfer data across borders, ensuring your organization’s data remains protected.
5.3 Contact Information
Support: If you have questions or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact Valere Evolve Support online.
